Heavy metal contamination can affect the survival aquatic biota and will accumulate bodiesorganisms. Moreover, identification at molecular level be analyzed using analysis. Biomarker analysis done by checking protein, this expression induced Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS). Metallothionein (MT) has thiol group with nucleophilic properties.
